FAQ:

What file formats do you accept for image uploads?

We accept JPG or PNG files (if the background is removed). Make sure your image is high-resolution for the best print quality.

Can I see a preview of how my design will look on the t-shirt?

Yes, after uploading your image, you will see a mockup of how it will appear on the t-shirt before completing your order. Please respond to this email asap so that you can receive it timely.

What is the maximum image size I can upload?

We recommend uploading images that are at least 300 DPI and no larger than 10 MB to ensure the highest quality print.

How long does it take to receive my custom t-shirt?

Once your order is placed, custom t-shirts usually take 5-7 business days for production, plus shipping time based on your location.

Will the colors of my design look the same on the t-shirt?

While we aim for accurate color representation, the final print may vary slightly due to screen differences and fabric material. Also, please choose a shirt color that will not wash out the colors in your design.

Will you make edits to my uploaded design?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer design or editing services. Please be sure you are pleased with your image before uploading. We will, however, email out a sample mockup for your approval before your shirt is printed.

Can I get a hoodie or a sweatshirt made with my design instead of a t-shirt?

Yes! Just message us using the contact form, and we can make that happen.

Does my design need to be travel-related?

No. You may upload a design for any occasion.

What are the guidelines for uploading my own design?

We’re excited to help bring your ideas to life! To ensure a positive and respectful experience for all, we kindly ask that uploaded designs adhere to our content guidelines. This means we cannot accept designs that include vulgar language, offensive imagery, or content that does not meet our purity standards. Thanks for understanding.

What are some of the occasions you make shirts for?

We do matching shirts for prom send-offs, bachelorette parties, showers, vacations, graduation parties, church events, school events, work events, small businesses' uniform shirts, etc.

How do I choose what color shirt goes best with my design?

Look at all the colors in the design and determine if the colors will pop on the shirt or be washed out. Say, for instance, if the color yellow is a prominent color in your design, you probably wouldn't want to put it on a yellow shirt. Usually, a contrasting shirt color would be ideal. But the choice is all yours.
